1. Do you guys currently have a waitlist?
We do not currently have a waitlist; However, our Assisted Living and Memory Care apartments are filling up quickly.
2. Could you share pricing and any other general information?
I have attached our rate sheet for you.
3. Could you provide an overview of the types of professionals on your staff and the training they undergo at your facility?
Assuming you mean healthcare professional, we have RN's, LPN's, CNA's, and caregivers on staff. All staff is required to undergo Relias training regularly in order to be in compliance with State regulations and also our organization's regulations.
4. Could you tell me about the measures you have in place to ensure the safety and well-being of your residents?
It would be very helpful to discuss this with you via telephone, as I'm not sure I understand exactly what you mean. The safety and well-being of all of our residents comes first and foremost. However, I am not sure if you mean independent living resident or assisted living/memory care residents.
5. Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community?
We have in-house Resident Ambassadors that are assigned to each resident upon move-in. These are existing residents who have common interests with the new resident and can introduce them to other residents, as well as be their "new best friend" for the first few days of living in their new home.
6. Do you offer transportation services for residents?
Yes, we offer transportation services. There is no cost within an 8-mile radius of our community. After 8 miles, there is a charge of $1.00 per mile.
7. Could you tell me a little about your dining experience?
Independent living residents are provided with two meals per day (breakfast/dinner) while Assisted living and Memory Care residents are provided with three meals per day. We offer separate dining rooms for each sector. The food is served restaurant-style (i.e., no buffets).
8. What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed?
Any complaints/issues are to be directed to our Executive Director for resolution.
9. What is your policy on communication with resident's families?
This depends on one's level of care and would be best addressed via a conversation.
10. Do you all offer short-term or respite stays? How much does this cost?
Yes - we offer respite stays. There is a 30-day minimum stay requirement for assisted living, while shorter terms are offered for independent living. The cost is reflected on the attached rate sheet.
11. Are you all a pet-friendly community?
Yes, we welcome pets. There is a one-time $600 pet fee and residents must be able to take care of their own pets, as we do not provide that service.
12. Are residents able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community?
Yes.
13. Are residents able to age in place?
Yes. We do not currently have a waitlist; However, our Assisted Living and Memory Care apartments are filling up quickly.
