Residential Options

Prices are quoted per month, per person, for our finely furnished rooms and include 3 meals, 2 snacks, laundry services, housekeeping, case management, and on-premises activities.

Move-in Expenses

All new move-ins are responsible for:
– First Month’s Rent
– Last Month’s Rent – equivalent to one month’s rent (Refundable with 30 days written notice)
* Any deposits made prior to move-in will be applied to these fees.
For private pay residents (residents with no Medicaid in place at the time of move-in) additional move-in expenses include:
– Initial Basic Fee – one-time fee, equivalent to one month’s rent
– First Month’s Care Fee
– Residents who wish to have a television in their room may bring one. Our building is wired for cable. However, residents need to make their own arrangement with the local cable company for service at their own expense.
– Residents who wish to have a telephone in their room may bring one. The monthly charge is: $30 flat rate for unlimited calls nationwide. The set-up charge is $100.

Residential Care Packages

Prices are quoted per month and include medication management and/or supervision and personal care assistance.

LHCSA (LEVEL 1)

Daily supervision or assistance with bathing, clothing selection/dressing, and grooming by an aide. Intermittent supervision and/or assistance with any or all of the following: eating, transferring, ambulating, and mobility with or without assistive device. Supervision and assistance under this care level is interspersed throughout a twenty-four (24) hour timeframe daily. This service is provided at an additional $2100 monthly fee.

LHCSA w/Incontinence care (LEVEL 2)

Daily supervision and/or assistance with bathing, clothing selection/dressing, and grooming by aides. Requires intermittent supervision and/or assistance with any or all of the following: eating, transferring, ambulation, and mobility with or without assistive devices. Requires assistance with toileting every 2-4 hours by an aide to maintain continence and skin integrity. Supervision and assistance under this care level is interspersed throughout a twenty-four (24) hour timeframe daily. This service is provided at an additional monthly fee.

Medicaid-funded Assisted Living Program (ALP)

Medicaid will cover the ALP expenses as outlined in our residential care packages (noted above), when residents meet financial and medical eligibility requirements. Until then, care levels are privately paid.

* Amber Court is a congregate care level 3 facility – under MEDICAID & SSI guidelines the 2021 allowable income for our setting is $1608.

Welcome to Amber Court

Here at Amber Court, we offer beautiful hotel-like accommodations in a home-like setting. We provide housekeeping and laundry services, daily recreational activities and an onsite beautician. Our residents enjoy 3 sit down restaurant style meals every day, plus 2 snacks.

Health and Wellness Services

We have visiting doctors and specialists as well as on-site physical therapy, occupational therapy, home care services, and medication management. We have proudly been meeting the needs of the 65 and older population for over 50 years.

Amber Court prides in offering affordable assisted living options for residents that are privately paying and for residents that are seeking the assistance of our Medicaid-funded program.
