Memory Care

Our Memory Care Neighborhood is specially designed for the needs of our residents with Alzheimer's and/or dementia. Our wide spacious hallways and light and bright common spaces provide an inviting environment for our residents to participate in special programming to make each day the best it can be. Our care philosophy is designed to build upon a resident's physical and mental capabilities, focusing on what they CAN do, and creating an individualized care plan that is based upon each resident's preferences. Our staff receive extensive training on an on-going basis so they are properly prepared to support our residents with dementia. We offer a monthly Alzheimer's Support Group to our families to provide for additional education and understanding of this disease.

There is a non-refundable, one time Community Fee of $5,000 for all apartments.

Staff and Services

We have a Director of Nursing, RN, and LPNs, CNAs, Internal Medicine Doctors, two Psych Doctors, Podiatrist, Optometrist, Dentist, and specialists in Physical, Occupational, Speech Therapy.

Training is required by state regulations, which we are compliant with. Ongoing training for CNAs and all staff is provided through Relias training.

Our team also includes an Executive Director, Human Resource Manager, Training Manager, Sales Manager, Chef, Maintenance Manager, and Housekeeping Department. Additionally, we have Front Desk Staff and Dining Staff.

Safety and Security

Emergency pull cords are installed in bathrooms, and residents are provided with emergency pendants. Spot checks are conducted throughout the night. Our Memory Care is a secured neighborhood.

Support Services

The support services include all of the above-mentioned staff and safety measures.

Transportation and Meals

We currently do not have transportation services. However, we offer several choice options for resident meals.

Pricing and Communication

Pricing details were sent yesterday in the initial email. We have a general number that the nurses carry at all times, allowing families to reach out anytime. In the event of an incident involving a resident, the Power of Attorney (POA) would be called.

Residency and Health Services

We do not offer respite or short-term stays. Families can bring in pets at any time. While we do not offer COVID vaccinations, we do administer flu shots every year.

Residents can age in place if hospice care is needed. We currently have a waitlist for our Memory Care services.
