Attached is a price sheet as well as a quick look at our community.

Could you provide an overview of the types of professionals on your staff and the training they undergo at your facility?

We offer continuous training for all staff monthly and train all our STNA (State Tested Nursing Aides) to meet our quality standards.

Could you tell me about the measures you have in place to ensure the safety and well-being of your residents?

Iā€™m not entirely sure what you mean by this question? Certainly, we do care plans and put in place restorative plans if necessary. Safety and care needs are indeed a priority for all staff.

Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community?

No

Do you offer transportation services for residents?

We are happy to set up ā€“ but the patient is responsible for cost unless skilled.

Could you tell me a little about your dining experience?

We rarely have food complaints and residents always have an ala carte to choose from should they want something different than what is on the regular menu.

What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed?

We have a concern form that the patient can fill out and all our administrative staff has an open door policy should a resident have an issue.

What is your policy on communication with resident's families? How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being?

This is ongoing ā€“ all the time. Our communication is led by our team of professionals. You will get to know everyone based on your loved ones' needs and any change in condition that we are aware of will be communicated to you promptly.

Do you all offer short-term or respite stays? How much does this cost?

Are you all a pet-friendly community?

Pets are welcome to visit as long as a copy of the vaccine records are at the front desk.

Are residents able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community?
