Room Options and Pricing
We have two types of rooms. Traditional Private $348 and Custom Private $394 per day for Room and Board. I can send you a breakdown if you would like one.
Our respite stays depend on the type of room you have, traditional or custom private.
Resident Placement Policy
We don’t move residents as they age. Once placed in long-term, they usually remain in that room unless a special need arises for the patient.
Security Measures
We are not a secure unit. We do lock our doors at night and they are unlocked in the morning. Our doors open when the correct code is placed in the keyboard. Our doors will alarm when the door is opened without the correct code.
Quality and Safety
We do have a 5-star quality rating with ODH.
Pet Policy
Pets are welcome anytime as long as they are current with their vaccines and we have a copy of the vaccinations.
Vaccination Policy
We offer Covid, flu, and pneumonia vaccines or you can choose to go into the community to get one.
Transportation Services
We have transportation to appointments on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Our Staff
Our nursing staff consists of Registered Nurses and LPNs licensed by the state of OH. We also have Certified Nursing Assistants who have been through training and tested to become Certified. We have Wound Certified Nurses on staff. Med One is our team of Physicians, Physician’s assistants, and Nurse Practitioners. We have a Licensed Social Worker to assist with referrals into the community and to assist with getting any equipment you may need. All of our staff have ongoing training to assure our ability to meet the needs of the residents in our care. We have Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapy on staff. We have a dietician to review your needs and a Kitchen Supervisor to review food likes, dislikes, and allergies.
Dining Experience
We offer a fine dining experience in our Dining Rooms. You can choose to eat your meals in your room or in the Dining Room. You can select the Primary Meal that is planned by a Dietician with all the vitamins and nutrients you need throughout the day. We also have an option for choosing off our Everyone’s Favorites Menu. Items such as Hamburger, Grilled Cheese, Soups, side or Chef Salads, Macaroni and Cheese, or other assorted sides.
Communication and Support
You have a welcome book with a list of our Department Heads in your room when you first admit. Depending on your complaint/issue, you can ask for the Department Head this falls under. You can always speak to the Administrator, Director of Nursing, or Admissions Coordinator. We have welcome rounds the first three days you are admitted which gives you an opportunity to talk to the leaders in the building. A change of medical condition will be a call from the nurse on duty to let you know what the change is.

We have a range of activities each day and this list is posted in all rooms and in the main hallway. Yes, we do have a waitlist.
