About Our Facility

We are a 75 bed facility. We offer short term skilled rehab, long term care, and memory care.

We do not currently have a wait list.

Our Care Services

We have 24/7 nursing care, our aides go through licensing classes to get their STNA and we make sure we provide necessary training to all of our staff members to ensure our residents get the best care.

When a patient discharges from our facility and back to the community, we set up home health care services in the home for them to ensure a smooth transition from facility to community.

Transportation

Transportation is something we can handle as long as it is inside of Licking County. It is a barrier for us to transport out of the county at this time, but this is something we are actively working on as we are securing a transportation aid.

Dining

We offer restaurant style dining in our dining room, or room service.

Activities

We have a wide range of activities for our residents to ensure we are meeting residents' social and active needs.

Communication

Communication is very important to us, as long as you are listed on the emergency contact sheet for the resident, you may be notified about changes and acquire information on the resident.

Respite Stays

We do offer short term respite stays as well and this daily cost is the same rate that our rate sheet provides.

Pet Policy

We do not allow pets to live at our facility but we do encourage pet visitation as long as a shot record is provided to the receptionist.

Vaccinations

We do have vaccinations available at our facility including Covid and Flu vaccines. We do not currently have a wait list.
