Do you guys currently have a waitlist?

We do have a wait list. There is a $750 refundable fee to be placed on our wait list.

Could you share pricing and any other general information?

Could you provide an overview of the types of professionals on your staff and the training they undergo at your facility?

Our staff does not provide any direct personal care. Our staff consists of our Director, receptionist, move in coordinator, activity coordinator, maintenance staff, housekeeping staff, Chef, kitchen staff, and servers. All are subject to criminal background checks.

Could you tell me about the measures you have in place to ensure the safety and well-being of your residents?

We have staff here 8:00-5:00 7 days per week. A code or Keycard is necessary to enter the building after 5 pm.

Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community?

We have a move in coordinator to assist with any needs with moving into our Community. We also have a Resident Welcoming Committee who assigns each new resident a resident ambassador to assist with settling into the Community.

Do you offer transportation services for residents?

We can provide transportation to nearby doctor and dental appointments with advanced notice. We also provide group trips to local grocery and other stores in the area.

Could you tell me a little about your dining experience?

2 meals per day (lunch and dinner) are served restaurant style in our dining room 6 days per week. Dining hours are Monday through Saturday 11-1 and 4-6. Each unit has a full kitchen for preparation of other meals.

What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed?

Residents have access to participate in Resident Committee Meetings if they have concerns. A Resident is welcome to discuss any issues with our Director at any time.

What is your policy on communication with resident's families? How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being?

We are an Independent Living Facility so our Residents are still at the level that they can communicate their well-being to their families as they wish. We do comply with any wishes a Resident has about the sharing of any information with their families. We respect our Residents’ rights to privacy.

Do you all offer short-term or respite stays? How much does this cost?

We do not offer short-term or respite stays as we do not provide any personal care. Respite stays are available at our Assisted Living.

Are you all a pet-friendly community?

Yes. Up to 2 pets no larger than 40 pounds. There is a $750 non-refundable deposit per pet.

Are residents able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community?

We have offered this in the past and do not know why we would not continue to do this.

Are residents able to age in place?

We encourage our residents to remain with us as long as they are appropriate for this level of care. If someone needs assistance with cares they are welcome to hire private caregivers, agency caregivers, home health, or hospice to provide care in their apartment. If they require more care then they are able to have provided by outside entities, they have priority for placement at our Assisted Living or Memory Care. We do have a wait list. There is a $750 refundable fee to be placed on our wait list.
