Our apartments start off at $4450.00 plus care starting off at $550.00 a month.

Overview of Professional Staff and Training

Our staff includes RNs, LPNs, medication techs, and care staff. They undergo training provided by our company, participate in monthly training sessions, and complete state-mandated trainings to maintain their credentials for administering medications.

Safety and Well-being Measures

We ensure the safety and well-being of our residents through 24/7 care, emergency pendants, and a detailed calendar of daily events aimed at keeping residents mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually stimulated. We also offer the convenience of on-site medical professionals, including doctors, home health aides, lab technicians, and therapists for PT, OT, and Speech Therapy.

Transition Support Services

We provide VA aid and attendance information and can offer resources tailored to the specific needs of our residents and their families.

Transportation Services

Transportation for doctor appointments is available on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays within a 10-mile radius at no extra cost. Other scheduled outings are planned for Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Dining Experience

Our scratch kitchen offers daily specials and a full menu available all day. Meals are served by servers in a sit-down restaurant setting. Specials are available during dining hours, and the all-day menu is offered from 7:30am to 6:00pm.

Addressing Complaints and Issues

Residents and families can fill out grievance forms or directly contact our Directors and support service team to address any complaints or issues.

Cost of Living

The cost varies depending on the building/lifestyle chosen. We offer Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care options, with starting pricing for Assisted Living included in the email below.

Communication with Residents' Families

We keep families updated through emails, One Call notifications, and flyers delivered to each resident's door. Monthly town hall meetings are also held to discuss any upcoming changes, events, or concerns.

Short-term or Respite Stays

Short-term or respite stays are available, subject to availability, at a cost of $250.00 per day with a minimum stay of 30 days.

Assisted Living Services

For seniors who value their independence but need some support with daily activities—we’ll take care of the everyday chores and wellness reminders so you can enjoy daily life. Our Assisted living is an active, social, worry free lifestyle. Included in the monthly cost our residents receive all meals, housekeeping once a week, full laundry services, transportation to doctor’s appointments and shopping, all utilities basic cable and Wi-Fi, and all the social events and activities so that our residents can maintain a physically and mentally stimulated life. Then based off a personalized evaluation from our Health & Wellness Director, we will be able to create an individualized service plan for what they are needing assistance with. We offer studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments.
