Overview of Professionals and Training

Our staff includes an Executive Director, an LVN Director of Nursing, trained Med-Techs, and trained LVNs who undergo a week of on-boarding training, with monthly ongoing training on various topics related to senior care. Additionally, we have a dedicated Memory Care Director for our memory care unit.

Safety and Well-being Measures

To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, we have outdoor cameras, locked doors after hours, an egress safety system for dementia residents in Assisted Living, and secure doors in memory care.

Transition Support Services

We provide resident ambassadors to help with community transition, along with caregivers and activity coordinators. We also refer to moving companies that can assist with the moving process.

Transportation Services

Our community offers a bus and a town car for resident transportation needs.

Dining Experience

The Elevate dining program offers a wide variety of menu options in a restaurant-style setting. Room service is also available for an additional fee.

Resident Complaints and Issues

If a resident has a complaint or issue, the Executive Director will personally meet with them to ensure proper resolution and accountability from the relevant departments.

Cost of Living

The starting cost of living in our community is $3,995.

Communication with Residents' Families

We maintain open communication with residents' families, providing updates and encouraging them to reach out to various departments with questions about their loved ones.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We offer short-term stays starting at $250 per day.

Pet-Friendly Community

Our community is pet-friendly, with a one-time pet fee of $750.

Waitlist Status

Currently, we do not have a waitlist.

Covid and Flu Vaccinations

We host Covid and flu vaccine clinics for residents within the community.

Aging in Place

Residents are able to age in place as long as their needs can be met, including those on hospice care.
