Drug Screening and Background Check

All exterior doors are locked except the main entrance - which is locked after dark. There is a concierge every day round the clock, along with cameras at entrances.

Move-In Assistance

The Move-In Coordinator is in place to assist with all transitions. In addition, we have Ambassadors to assist new residents in meeting other residents & introductions.

Transportation Services

We offer an All-Seasons shuttle as well as a 4-door Cadillac for residents and their transportation needs.

Dining Options

Both made-to-order breakfast and made-to-order chef prepared 5-course dinners are included with leases. Residents seat themselves for breakfast, and a hostess will seat residents for dinner.

Resident Support

When residents have a concern or an issue with something, they can meet with the ED, AED, complete a work order, and/or speak with the DSM.

Family Communication

Unless requested by the resident otherwise, we only communicate with family members when a resident goes out to the hospital.

Lease Terms

Shorter-term leases are available with 3-month and 6-month terms. Respite stays are not available at this community.

Availability

Currently, there is only a waitlist for 2-bedroom apartments and the large 1-bedroom units.

Health Services

Yes, we had a company that provided Covid, Flu, Pneumonia, and RSV vaccinations last week actually.

Aging in Place

Yes, absolutely, residents are able to age in place - hence we have 5 third-party providers here in our community to assist with exactly that.
