Overview of Our Professional Staff and Training

Our team includes an Executive Director, Director of Sales and Marketing, General Manager of Dining Room, Servers, Executive Chef, 24/7 Concierge, Driver, Business Office Manager, Director of Maintenance, and Director of Housekeeping, each overseeing their respective employees. Training is comprehensive, ensuring our staff is well-equipped to provide exceptional service and care.

Safety and Well-Being Measures

To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, we offer 24/7 concierge services, wellness check programs in all bathrooms, pull cords, and pendants for residents. Doors lock at 8pm, and all visitors must check in at the front desk.

Transition Support Services

We assist with moving, downsizing, packing, and setting up through recommended companies like Tidy Smart. New residents are assigned a resident ambassador to help them acclimate to the community.

Transportation Services

Our chauffeur provides daily transportation services from 9am to 5pm within a 12-mile radius, included for all residents.

Dining Experience

We offer six dining venues with various menus, including a monthly menu, weekly features, and a nightly special. Breakfast and dinner are included, with lunch available for purchase. Our pub is open daily, and we offer a full-service bar.

Addressing Complaints and Issues

Residents can report complaints or issues to the concierge or directly to Robert, our Executive Director. We value feedback and host weekly fireside chats and monthly town hall meetings with our directors.

Communication with Residents' Families

Families can stay updated on their loved ones' well-being through the Caremerge app.

Short-term and Respite Stays

We offer 3 and 6-month short-term leases with a $500 premium. Shorter stays are not available.

Yes, we are a pet-friendly community.

Waitlist Information

We currently have a waitlist for 2-bedroom units in the main building. However, 1-bedroom units and cottages are available.

Vaccination Services

Residents can receive Covid and flu vaccinations within the community.

Aging in Place

Our community supports aging in place, allowing residents to utilize third-party agencies for nursing, home care, and therapies up to the end of life.

Overview of Our Community

We have 156 apartments in the main building and 44 cottages along the perimeter of the community. Various 1- and 2-bedroom floor plans are available. I’ve attached the most popular, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, and cottage floor plans here for review. All these units are Independent Living.

Future Developments

Phase 2 will break ground in the future with additional Assisted Living in the future. Until that time, we have 24/7 3rd party healthcare support in the building to help support those residents who may still be independent but require some minor assistance with daily living tasks.
