1. Staff and Orientation

We have RNs, LPNs, CNAs, therapeutic recreational director and assistants, HR, ED, Director of Community Relations, Maintenance, housekeeping, concierge, Dietary team. Everyone has a full orientation and annual trainings, 8 hours of dementia training as well. We also have Fox rehab on site for PT, OT, ST and Physiotherapist.

2. Safety Measures

Safety measures in place are cameras around the inside and outside of our community, community is locked at night, secured memory care community, annual trainings for disaster, fire, and elopement. Close relationship with Enfield police and Fire Department.

3. Resource Library

I have a whole resource library and give them resources that they need for information such as movers, real estate agents, VA benefits, private duty care, VNAs agencies, and sign on sheets for our partners for therapy, pharmacy, podiatry, hairdressing, mental health services, and labs.

4. Transportation

Yes, we have transportation on Tuesday and Thursday for appointments and Friday is out trips.

5. Dining

We have beautiful meals served in our dining room three times a day with menu choices and breakfast is to order. We also have a bistro that is open 24/7 with tea, coffee, freshly baked items and grab and go fruit and snacks.

6. Resident Complaints

If there is a resident complaint or issue, they can go directly to the department head in charge of the area their concern is about or go directly to our ED.

7. HIPAA Regulations

Due to HIPAA regulations, only the loved ones that the resident wants to have information can receive information and we have care plan meetings or family meetings upon request. If there is a change in condition, the family gets called.

8. Respite Stay

We do offer a respite stay and it is a 30-day minimum stay. It is the room rate plus a respite charge.

9. Pet-Friendly Community

We are a pet-friendly community. You can have a cat, dog, or fish. We have a dog park on site.

10. Annual Clinics

Our pharmacy provides Covid and flu clinics annually.

11. Aging in Place

We are an age-in-place community level 6 Hoyer lift and 2 assist with care if needed. We have VNA contracts and hospice contracts as well but our residents are more than welcome to pick whatever company they choose. We have a waitlist for the memory care community but no wait list for assisted living.
