Overview on Staff Professionals and Training
We have a 10 member Director team that oversees each department. We have thoroughly trained staff in every department from the dining staff to the individuals that provide care. Each staff member has to engage in training all throughout the year to make sure they stay up-to-date on all the information they need to care for your loved one.
Safety and Well-being Measures
On our traditional side, we have members of the staff do two-hour checks on each resident. They make sure all of their needs are met and they are safe and sound. Our memory care unit has specialized training for the staff to cater to that environment.
Resources and Support Services for Transitioning into the Community
The greatest support we offer is immediate socialization with a suitemate and our escort service to help orientate residents to the building when they first move in.
Transportation Services
We offer help with transportation on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9-3. We can take our residents to appointments during those times up to a 15 mile radius.
Dining Experience
Our dining experience is, in fact, an experience. We offer restaurant-style service with a staff that gets to know the residents theyโre serving. Our food is wonderfully prepared by our Executive Chef and the chefs he has trained. We can accommodate modified diets, as well, and take allergies very seriously.
Complaint Resolution Process
The resident will usually come to the front desk to lodge a complaint. Once that complaint is relayed to our director team or the lead staff members, we do everything we are able to do to rectify the situation immediately.
Communication with Residents' Families
Anytime there is something that is unusual with one of our residents, we will let the family know immediately. All families are welcome to call at any time to get a check-in status on their loved one. We ask that you make sure you are listed as an emergency contact upon move-in to protect from HIPAA violations.
Short-term or Respite Stays and Costs
We do offer respite stays. There is a 30 day minimum and a 60 day maximum. The cost for our respite services can only be relayed after a nursing assessment is completed. The base rent starts at $5340, but that is not including any care that someone might need.

Waitlist Information
We have a waitlist for our memory care unit and only a couple of rooms left on our traditional side.
Covid and Flu Vaccinations
We encourage our residents to be vaccinated for any illness that could occur. They are able to get these vaccines in the community. We also hold an annual clinic in the fall to encourage residents to maintain their vaccination status.
Aging in Place
Our consistent goal is to ensure our residents are able to age in place in our community. In order to ensure this, we provide six different levels of care. These levels of care are determined by the nursing assessment. As one ages in our community, we can continue to update the plan of care for the ever-changing needs of our residents. We are also contracted with many hospice companies to assist with the end of life transition.
