Our staff includes a range of professionals such as RN - VP of Clinical Services, Assisted Living Operator, LPNs, CMAs, and CNAs. Each member undergoes comprehensive training to ensure the highest level of care and service.

Safety and Well-being Measures

Each resident receives a personalized care plan, and our staff maintains vigilant oversight through regular interactions, including medication pass, weekly housekeeping, and daily activities, to promptly address any health issues or declines.

Transition Support Services

To aid new residents in adjusting to our community, we pair them with current residents who can help them navigate their new environment.

Transportation Services

We offer transportation for both medical and personal needs at an additional cost.

Dining Experience

Our dining service features chef-prepared meals three times a day in a beautiful dining room setting, with an alternative menu available. We aim to create a social atmosphere by seating residents according to their interests and conversational preferences.

Addressing Complaints and Issues

Residents are encouraged to bring any complaints or concerns to our AL Director or Nurse Manager. Unresolved issues can be escalated to our VP of Clinical Services.

While our assisted living facilities do not accommodate pets, our independent living sections are pet-friendly.

Vaccination Services

We provide Covid and flu vaccinations on-site, with costs billed to the resident's insurance.

Aging in Place

It is our goal to allow residents to age in place by offering increased care levels through our staff and partnerships with home health and hospice services.

Availability and Waitlist

Our assisted living facility, Trent Plaza, currently has a few rooms available, but our home plus option is fully occupied.
