Not at this time. We currently have beds available.

Could you share pricing and any other general information?

We accept most insurances. Most of our long-term residents utilize Medicaid for their stay, but we do have private pay residents as well. The price per day ranges from $331 - $440 for private pay.

Could you provide an overview of the types of professionals on your staff and the training they undergo at your facility?

We have Doctors of multiple specialties that round at our facility. We are staffed 24/7 with RNs, LPNs, and CNAs. All staff involved with patient care are licensed for their role here. We provide refresher training for our staff on a regular basis as well.

Could you tell me about the measures you have in place to ensure the safety and well-being of your residents?

We follow CDC guidelines to ensure our residents are safe and well taken care of.

Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community?

We have a social worker on staff for our residents.

Do you offer transportation services for residents?

Unfortunately, we do not. Our nurses can help arrange transportation if needed, but the cost of the transportation is the responsibility of the resident/their insurance.

Could you tell me a little about your dining experience?

We encourage all our residents to join us in the dining room for each meal. We provide a wide range of meal options the residents can choose from each day.

What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed?

Any issue that cannot be resolved by our nurses, is brought to the attention of our Management staff.

What is your policy on communication with resident's families? How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being?

We host care conferences with the residents and their families to touch base on how they are doing. The families are also always welcome to call the facility to speak with their loved one's nurse.

Do you all offer short-term or respite stays? How much does this cost?

We do offer short-term and respite stays between 7-14 days. The price varies based on the needs of the resident.

Are you all a pet-friendly community?

Yes! We love pets, but they can only visit during our visiting hours.

Are residents able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community?

Yes, if the resident is long-term, we offer covid and flu vaccinations.

Are residents able to age in place?

Yes. We have a large long-term population on our 2nd floor. We also have a memory care unit and a new in-house dialysis den, should any of those services be needed in the future.
