Pricing Information

Our pricing starts at $2,000 for a shared (plus care) and $2,500 (private) plus care. Care starts at $450.00.

Entrance and Maintenance Fees

Residents pay an Entrance Fee when joining our community and then a monthly maintenance fee which ensures you will always have a home with us regardless of level of care.

Life Care Component

We also offer a Life Care component which locks in the resident’s monthly service fees at the independent living rate. With healthcare costing upwards of $500/day in today’s market, locking in the much lower fees is important.

Monthly Service Fee Coverage

The Monthly service fee covers rent, most utilities, property taxes, one meal per day, 24/7 security, housekeeping every 2 weeks, educational and fitness classes, complimentary continental breakfast, outdoor and indoor maintenance including snow removal from vehicles, scheduled transportation, and extensive cultural activities.

The Huntington at Nashua and Hunt Community

The Huntington at Nashua as well as Hunt Community are Life Plan Communities. A Life Plan Community offers residents a full continuum of housing and health care services in one location. Residents move into our communities healthy, active, and able to live independently and enjoy all that our community has to offer. As more care may be needed, residents never have to worry about where they will go if they need assisted living, memory support care or nursing care services as these services are provided on campus.
