Private Pay Rates

Our rates are $205 per day for a semi-private room, and $237 per day for a fully private room.

We do not currently have a waitlist

As for pricing, there are a couple of different options. For private pay, our rates are $205 per day for a semi-private room, and $237 per day for a fully private room. The second option would be to apply for Long Term Medicaid, which we are more than happy to assist with.

Staffing

As for staff, we have two nurses per shift, as well as 4-5 certified nursing assistants per shift. In order to ensure the safety of the residents, all of the entrances and exits require codes, and all visitors are required to stop in at the reception desk and sign in. Call lights are answered in a timely manner to help keep residents happy and safe.

Transitioning Back to the Community

When residents transition back into the community, our social worker meets with them to determine what services will be needed once they leave. This can include things like home health services or durable medical equipment.

Transportation and Meals

We do offer transportation services to residents; we are contracted with a private ambulance company and we also have a van that belongs to our facility. Lunch and dinner are both served in the dining room, but residents have the option to eat in their room as well.

Resident Concerns and Family Communication

If a resident has a complaint, there are grievance forms that can be filled out which are reviewed every morning by management. We do contact family members every time there is an issue with a resident, such as a fall or injury, or being sent out to the hospital. Family members are also welcome to call for updates.

Short Term/Respite Stays

We do offer short term/respite stays. The price for this varies, as families can choose to pay privately which would be the same rates as stated previously, or families can choose to do a respite stay through hospice, which is covered by Medicare. Sometimes even Medicaid will pay for a respite stay.

Pet Friendly and Vaccinations

We are a pet friendly building, as we have two facility dogs that spend their days inside of the facility. Residents are able to receive Flu, Pneumonia, and COVID vaccines here in the building.
