PCA & CNA Nursing Classes

Ongoing training in Collins Learning to stay abreast of the healthcare industry requirements to work in Assisted Living/Memory Care.

Security

Locked entries requiring codes; codes are changed often.

Support

Support is always available from the management team. We check in to see how the resident is doing and to see if anything has changed.

Resident Checks

Yes, we do.

Meals and Nutrition

Three meals a day, three snacks a day. Meal times are 8 am, 12 noon, and 6 pm. A registered dietician signs off on menus.

Grievance Policy

The grievance is documented and given to the Executive Director, who follows up with a resolve.

Changes in Condition

When there is a change of condition, medication change, etc.

Respite Care

Yes, we offer respite care. Minimum stay is 14 days.

• Alzheimer's Semi Private: $170 daily
• Alzheimer's Private: $200 daily

Healthcare Services

Yes, Eventus Wholehealth visits weekly and is able to provide Covid/Flu vaccines. Also, Area Clinical Director (RN) visits weekly.

Aging in Place

Yes, seniors age in place here.

Transportation

We provide transportation to and from doctor appointments.

Required Documentation

We would need three months' documentation of history and physical notes. Also, three months documentation of bank statements, if paying private.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept SA Medicaid, Genworth Long Term Insurance, VA benefits (Patriot Angels) and Private Pay only.

Community Features

We are an all-inclusive community. We offer three meals daily and three snacks daily. Free WIFI and free cable is included. We offer light housekeeping and laundry services. We offer diversified activities to promote engagement.

Additional Services

Non preferred pharmacy is $200 monthly. Incontinent Program for private pay is offered at $150 monthly and comes with depends, barrier cream, and gloves.

Community Fee

There is a one-time non-refundable community fee of $1500 if paying private.

Rehabilitation Services

Synchrony Rehab is onsite and offers PT, OT, and ST. Synchrony Rehab is in charge of their own billing.

Doctor Appointments

We assist residents to doctor appointments as long as we know far enough in advance.

Medicaid Policy

Unfortunately, we do not accept pending Medicaid.
