Types of Living Offered

The senior living community offers both long-term care and rehabilitation services. Additionally, they sometimes provide respite care services, depending on availability.

Pet Policy

Pets are allowed within the facility without any breed or weight restrictions. However, all pets must be up-to-date on their vaccinations.

Transportation Services

Residents have access to transportation services for community activities and doctor's appointments, free of charge. The facility provides tickets for this purpose.

Move-In Assistance

The community offers staff or movers to assist residents with moving into the facility.

Dining Services

Residents can choose to dine in a communal dining room or in their own rooms. The facility provides set menus with the option for alternate choices. Specific dining times are established, but snacks and other requests can be accommodated at any time from the kitchen.

Staffing

The facility is staffed with licensed nurses and CNAs, as well as administrative personnel. Staff are required to complete additional training or continuing education units (CEUs) to maintain their licenses and stay up-to-date with their skills.

Accessibility, Safety, and Security

Security measures include locked doors that staff must open for visitors, a policy that has been in place since the onset of COVID-19. Residents have access to call lights for assistance, and nurses check on residents every two hours, in addition to responding to any activated call lights.

Communication with Families

The facility communicates with residents' families primarily through phone calls.

Handling Complaints

If a resident has a complaint, there is a grievance process in place. Residents can report their issues to any staff member, who will then write it up and forward it to the appropriate personnel for resolution.
