1. Staff Composition at Harborview

Harboview has a staff consisting of the Licensed Administrator, Licensed RN, LPN, Licensed Therapist for Rehabilitation, certified Dietary Manager, Certified Nursing assistant, and a host of Consultants available to the facility.

2. Professional Training and Compliance

All the professionals receive a background check prior to being hired, Monthly Relias training is required for compliance with working at the facility. The facility conducts a once a month in service training for all departments that is mandatory. As well online video training and participation.

3. Resident Safety Measures

Measures in place for residents’ safety, first there is the resident identification, positive identification of the resident, i.e. example medication administration the right time, the right dose, the right resident. All the residents have private rooms, and spacious common area. Residents here have a sense of safety to walk and mingle thru out the building. The doors are monitored, all visitors, vendors etc. are required to sign in prior to moving around the facility. Key pad access on the exit doors of each hallway.

4. Transportation for Residents

Harborview utilizes contract transportation for the residents to visit desired outside activities in the community, as well as pre planned trips for the residents.

5. Resident Admission Qualification

Harborview qualify all residents prior to admissions, we assist with getting their personal resources being transfer to the residents for their usage.

6. Dining Experience

Dinning experience consist of three separate dinning rooms, and specialized dining area for resident’s special request such as family gathering, or private gathering.

7. Grievance Policy

There is a formalized grievance policy in place here at Harborview. Grievance are documented and written response by social service. There is a structured Resident council in place, where resident independently can voice their concerns in a format to get resolution.

8. Room Rates

All private rooms are rated at $305 dollars per day.

9. Residents' Rights

Under residents rights the residents that are able instruct the facility on the order the family members are to be contacted. If the resident approves, then the family member they preference are included in the communications. Residents that are challenged the facility utilizes POA, Guardianship, and Conservator.

10. Respite Stay

Respite stay is active in the facility. Starting at $305 dollar a day.

11. Pet Visits

There is a vendor that bring pets to the facility.

12. Vaccinations

Yes, most of the resident have receive flu and or covid shots. The resident has the right to choose if they desire an vaccination.

13. Aging in Place

Yes residents are able to age in place here.
