H.G. Aplinwood is a versatile senior living community offering both long-term care and skilled nursing services. Our residents have the option to live with us on a permanent basis or to engage in rehabilitation programs with the goal of returning to the community. For those who qualify, long-term stays are also available, ensuring a continuum of care tailored to individual needs.

Services Offered

• Respite Care and Short-Term Stays: Catering to families and caregivers in need of a temporary rest from caregiving duties, our facility offers respite care services.
• Insurance and Private Pay: We accept various insurance plans in addition to private pay options, providing flexibility in payment methods for our residents and their families.

Pet Policy

Understanding the importance of pets to many individuals, our facility may allow pets under certain conditions. Prospective pet residents must have up-to-date vaccination records, and all pet admissions are subject to approval, especially in consideration of health and safety protocols such as those related to COVID-19.

Transportation Services

While H.G. Aplinwood does not directly provide transportation services, we assist our residents in arranging transportation to medical appointments and other necessary outings. This service is facilitated through external transportation companies, with arrangements based on the resident's insurance coverage.

Our Team

Our dedicated staff includes a wide range of healthcare and support professionals to ensure comprehensive care for our residents. Our team comprises:

• Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)
• Nurse Assistants
• Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech Therapists
• Dietary, Laundry, and Maintenance Personnel
• Administrative staff including the Administrator, Director of Nursing (DON), and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)
