Cost Structure Overview
Our cost structure is based on apartment rent combined with care services. Rent rates start at:
- $140.00/day for a small studio
- $197.00/day for a large Studio
- $204.00/day for a 1 bedroom
- $233.00/day for a 2 bedroom/2 bath (this does not include a second occupant fee of $50.00 a day, if there is a second occupant)
Our all-inclusive rent rates include all meals, housekeeping, laundry service, activities, transportation, and so much more!

Overview of Professionals and Training
We have a diverse team including RN’s, LPN’s, Medication Managers, Care Directors, Associate Care Directors, CNA’s, and Directors of various departments such as General Manager, Marketing Director, Life Enrichment Director, Business Office Managers, Maintenance Directors, and Culinary Services Directors, among others. Each position undergoes specific training tailored to their role. For more detailed information on department-specific training, we can arrange a discussion with our General Manager.
Safety and Well-Being Measures
Before any resident moves in, we conduct a comprehensive assessment to create an individualized service plan, ensuring their safety and well-being. We are open to discussing these measures in more detail over the phone or in person to better understand how they can meet your or your loved one's needs.
Transition Support Services
We offer a variety of resources to support new residents, including professional movers, downsizing assistance, VA aid, and attendance, support groups, and more. If you have specific needs, we are here to provide guidance and support.
Dining Experience
Our community offers all-day restaurant-style dining from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, featuring daily specials and a standard fare menu. We also cater to a variety of special dietary needs.

Memory Care
Adjacent to Aegis of Shoreline’s assisted living community, Callahan House offers specialized secured memory care as part of a larger campus to meet the wide spectrum of care needs. Our memory care community is broken into 3 smaller secured ‘neighborhoods’ featuring cozy studio apartments alongside an inviting living and dining area. This allows our care staff to provide consistent supervision and support for our residents that need a higher level of guidance, allowing them to feel safe and comfortable in their home environment.
Round-the-clock care managers get to know each resident and their unique challenges, preferences, routines, and personalities. Our highly experienced staff are well trained in dementia, and many of them have been providing care in this specific community for over a decade. Thoughtful Life Enrichment programming gives structures to our residents’ days, 7 days a week and offers socialization and connection for residents with all levels of dementia. This may include art therapy, live music, gardening, discussion groups, stretching and balance classes, outings and excursions, pet therapy and so much more!
Pricing
Pricing is based on rent plus care. Inclusive rent encompasses our studio suites, all meals and snacks, housekeeping and laundry service, all amenities, 7 day a week life enrichment programming and all the safety features of being in a secured community. Private studios start at 150/day. Care is determined based on an assessment of each resident’s individualized care needs.
