Pricing for 1-bedroom apartments starts at $5700 and studio pricing starts at $3900. The apartment price includes all three meals plus snacks, housekeeping, laundry, daily bed making and trash removal, and transportation to doctor's visits.

Care cost is based on the nurse assessment and your individual needs.

Our team includes care managers, care directors, associate care directors, medication technicians, and nurses, all certified in their respective areas. Beyond state-required training in mental health and dementia, Aegis provides additional training. Each department also benefits from onboarding and specialized training led by their leadership staff.

To ensure resident safety, we utilize wander guards, a pendant system with fall detection, motion sensors, and secured memory care. Our staff is available 24/7, offering extra status checks to support our residents fully.

Transition Support Services

Aegis Marymoor offers personalized transition support, helping new residents settle in through various means, including dining arrangements, activity engagement, and escorting services. Onsite medical and therapy services are also available to support residents' health and well-being.

Transportation Services

We provide transportation for doctor's appointments and resident outings, accommodating wheelchair transport with our car and bus. Certified drivers ensure timely transportation for all residents.

Dining Experience

Our restaurant-style dining offers seasonal menus, daily specials, and incorporates residents' recipes. The server team is attentive to residents' preferences, making each meal a delightful social occasion.

We have nurses on site 16 hours a day 7 days a week and coming soon, 24/7 nursing. Our staff has amazing longevity, which helps residents and families feel fully confident in our care and a concierge at the front desk to help answer all of your questions until 8pm every day.
