Overview of Professional Staff and Training

Our staff includes a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who oversees the care of all residents. We also have Caregivers and Med Technicians responsible for providing care and administering medications. Our team is further supported by various departments, including Dining Staff, Maintenance, and Business Office/HR. All staff members participate in monthly training sessions mandated by our corporate office, in addition to any necessary training as required.

We have comprehensive measures in place to ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, encompassing care protocols, building security, and access control. We offer resources and support services to assist residents with their transition into our community. Our community provides transportation services for residents within a 10-mile radius of our facility.

Resident Complaints and Issues

If a resident has a complaint or issue, they can report it to any staff member. The complaint is then directed to the appropriate Department Director or to an individual the resident feels comfortable with. The issue is addressed through discussion and action to find a resolution.

Cost of Living

The cost of living in our community varies depending on the type of apartment and the Level of Care required for the individual resident.

Communication with Residents' Families

We maintain open communication with the families of our residents. Additionally, we partner with a website that provides updates on residents' activities and well-being to their families.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We offer short-term or respite stays depending on the availability of accommodations and the required Level of Care. The cost for these stays varies accordingly.

Pet-Friendly Community

Our community is pet-friendly, welcoming residents and their beloved pets.

Waitlist Information

We currently have a waitlist for all 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments. However, we have immediate availability for studio apartments and alcove units.
