Overview of Staff and Training

Our community has a diverse team of professionals, including an Executive Director, a Nursing team comprised of a Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, Registered Medication Assistant, and Certified Nursing Assistant. We also have a Plant of Operations Director, Maintenance Assistant, and Housekeeping staff. The culinary team includes an Executive Chef, cooks, and wait staff, along with a Business Manager, Concierge, Activities Director, and Activities Assistant. All staff undergo training according to state regulations, policy procedures, and in-service training sessions.

Safety and Well-Being Measures

To ensure resident safety and well-being, we have measures such as pull cords, pendants, and 24-hour staffing in place. We strictly adhere to state regulations and policy procedures.

Support for Transitioning Residents

Our Managers, the Manager on Duty, and staff are dedicated to helping new residents transition smoothly into the community.

Transportation Services

Yes, we offer transportation services for our residents.

Complaint and Issue Resolution Process

Management takes every complaint or issue seriously to ensure they are addressed promptly and effectively.

Communication with Families

We maintain constant communication based on the situation, ranging from daily updates to monthly or quarterly reports to keep families informed about their loved ones' well-being.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We do offer short-term or respite stays. The cost is $250 daily for Assisted Living and $400 daily for Memory Care, although these figures may change as we are still in the process of opening.

Pet Policy

We are a pet-friendly community for residents in Assisted Living, following our specific pet policy guidelines.

Waitlist Status

Yes, we currently have a waitlist for our Assisted Living and Memory Care sides and are accepting refundable deposits.

Vaccination Availability

Residents can receive Covid and flu vaccinations within the community.

Aging in Place

Residents are able to age in place, with periodic assessments to determine the level of care needed in accordance with state regulations for assisted living.
