Overview of Our Staff and Training

We have dietary aides, cooks, housekeepers, maintenance technicians, drivers, concierge, wellness medtechs & caregivers, a nurse, sales associates, as well as administrative staff. All members are required to complete monthly trainings that encompass a range of topics including elder abuse, resident rights, fire safety, infection control, and CPR certification.

Safety and Well-being Measures

Our facility employs various safety measures to ensure the well-being of our residents. We are an indoor-entry community with staff patrolling the hallways 24/7 and outdoor security cameras recording at all times. External doors are locked from the outside after 7pm, but residents can still re-enter using their resident "Room Key Cards."

Support Services for Transition

We have Resident Ambassadors who assist new residents in feeling welcome and comfortable in their new home. Our Ambassadors meet new residents, show them around, share meals, and accompany them to activities. For residents requiring daily ADLs or other services, we provide a list of PCA agencies and other service providers.

Transportation Services

Yes, we offer transportation services. We have two shuttle buses that transport residents to doctor’s appointments (Tuesday-Thursday), shopping trips, personal errands, the post office, pharmacy, and bank.

Dining Experience

Our community has three dining rooms with multiple menus. Residents can choose from daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner specials, or select items from an anytime menu which includes fresh salmon, chicken, sandwiches, burgers, hotdogs, multiple salads, and breakfast options. Additionally, our Press Box Dining room offers "pub style" food like chicken wings, tacos, fish & chips, and nachos. The dining rooms are open from 7am-6:15pm with a short break between 9am-11am. Room Service is also available.

Complaint Resolution Process

Any complaints or issues can be addressed to our administrator, Jessica Cobb, who is typically in the office Monday-Friday and can be reached by phone seven days a week.

Communication with Resident's Families

For Assisted Living residents, our nurse and care staff directly contact the family in case of emergencies, informing them of the incident and the hospital to which the resident was taken. In Independent Living, the front desk receptionist handles such communication.

Short-term and Respite Stays

• Independent Living: A 1-bedroom fully furnished apartment is available for $150 per night, including meals and amenities ($175 for 2 persons).
• Assisted Living: Requires at least a 30-day stay in a 1-bedroom unfurnished apartment. Availability is limited, and a care plan evaluation and paperwork are required.

Pet-Friendly Community

Yes, we are a pet-friendly community.

Current Waitlist

We currently do not have a waitlist, except for Independent Living or Assisted Living 2-bedroom apartments.

Vaccinations

We host annual vaccination clinics for both COVID and flu vaccinations.

Aging in Place

Residents can age in place through our assisted living services, although we do not offer Skilled Nursing or Memory Care.
