Memory Care residents will have a maximum service rate of $1,200. This is in addition to the monthly rent. These services are based on the individualized service plan and time spent with your loved one.

Overview on Staff Professionals and Training

We have a full-time RN and full-time LPN, as well as Resident Assistants/Nursing Assistants who are staffed 24/7. All staff are required to complete our online training modules, along with in-person training throughout the year.

Measures for Safety and Well-being

Our doors are locked from 8:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Our front door receptionist is available Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM, serving as the point of contact throughout the day. Our staff also round frequently to ensure resident safety, and all visitors must sign in and out.

Resources for Transition into the Community

We help new residents transition into our community by involving them in welcoming activities. A welcoming committee of residents greet newcomers, join them for lunch, or engage them in activities.

Transportation Services

Yes, we provide transportation services with a shuttle bus and a mini-van. Transportation can be arranged with our bus driver, Joe. We also have scheduled shopping trips and outings throughout the week.

Dining Experience

Our meals are home-cooked and delicious, served restaurant-style. We offer a daily special for each meal along with alternative options. Homemade soup is available daily, and lunch and supper include a starter of soup, salad, or fresh fruit. I personally vouch for the quality as I eat lunch here almost every day.

Process for Addressing Complaints or Issues

Our RN, Victory, is the main point of contact for care/medical issues. Tonee, our Community Director, addresses all other concerns and can also handle medical or care-related issues if necessary.

Communication Policy with Residents' Families

Tonee and Victory excel at communicating with families, adhering to your preferred method of contact, whether via email or phone calls. We also have scheduled assessments with residents at 30 days, 90 days, and annually, or any time there is a change in condition.

Short-term or Respite Stays

Yes, we offer short-term Respite stays with a minimum of 2 weeks. The cost is $200.00/day, which includes 3 meals a day, housekeeping, laundry service, utilities, transportation, and care services.

Pet-Friendly Policy

Yes! We are very pet-friendly. Pets are welcome to live here or visit, with a maximum of 2 pets per apartment. A $500.00 pet fee and $50.00/month pet fee are required for live-in pets.

Current Waitlist Status

Yes, we have a waitlist; however, a couple of assisted living apartments are currently available.

Aging in Place Policy

Our goal is to allow residents to age in place. However, if their care needs exceed our level of care, we may need to find alternate placement (e.g., if a resident needs consistent two-person assistance or mechanical lift).
