Overview of Professional Staff and Training

Our staff includes MDs, RNs, LPNs, LISWs, and CNAs, all of whom undergo rigorous professional training in line with medical standards and licensing requirements to ensure the highest level of care for our residents.

Safety and Well-being Measures

To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, we implement numerous measures, including conducting mock drills to prepare for any potential situation.

Transition Resources and Support Services

We collaborate with a variety of outside providers, from home care and VNA to hospice, to offer resources and support services that aid residents' transition into the community.

Transportation Services

While we do not offer individual transport services, we ensure that our residents' mobility needs are addressed through other means.

Dining Experience

Our dining experience allows residents to eat in a main dining area and engage with their neighbors. Residents may also choose to eat in their rooms if they prefer.

Addressing Complaints and Issues

We encourage residents to bring any issues or concerns directly to our Administrator or nursing staff, ensuring prompt resolution and satisfaction of our residents' needs.

Communication with Residents' Families

Families are welcome to visit or call anytime and can inquire with nursing about their loved ones. Our Social Worker and Case Manager keep families updated on their loved ones' well-being.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We offer short-term or respite stays, with the cost detailed in a previous email.

Pet-Friendly Community

While personal pets cannot live with residents, our community is pet-friendly, featuring a resident cat and welcoming trained service dogs for visits.

Covid and Flu Vaccinations

Residents are able to receive Covid and flu vaccinations within the community to ensure their health and safety.

Aging in Place

Residents are able to age in place in our community. For those seeking long-term care beds, there is typically a waitlist.
