Overview of Professional Staff and Training

Our management team for our assisted living and memory care building are registered nurses. All caregivers are certified nursing assistants who have completed the necessary courses for certification. We provide Virtual Dementia Training campus-wide and conduct various other trainings throughout the year, including fire safety and resident safety.

Resources for Transitioning Residents

We offer a Resident Ambassador, New Resident Orientation, and our management team is available to assist new residents.

Addressing Resident Complaints

Residents can speak with our resident relations director or executive director at any time to express complaints or concerns.

Cost of Living

Communication with Residents' Families

We communicate with the designated contacts for each resident, usually the person's Power of Attorney (POA).

Short-term or Respite Stays

We do not offer respite stays at our community.

Pet-Friendly Community

Yes, we are a pet-friendly community, with the exception of the Memory Care unit.
