Each staff member completes annual employee training, covering CPR/AED training, blood borne pathogens, emergency response, cultural sensitivities & protected groups, and privacy practices. Departments also hold regular trainings tailored to specific roles.
Safety and Well-being Measures
We ensure the safety and well-being of our residents through 24-hour security & receptionist, community-wide security cameras, and comprehensive emergency response systems. Our fire safety measures are robust, and we are part of the Hawaii Emergency Management Coalition. We have in-house generators and emergency supplies, and we facilitate a thorough on-boarding process for new residents.
Transition Support Services
Our onboarding team provides extensive support to new residents, and we refer them to local specialists such as senior movers to aid in their transition into the community.
